Heavy stoneware bright colors

For its size 4 inches high and 4 inches across where it’s not pinched in, its very heavy stoneware. Bright blues and gray seems old from the bottom. It’s signed DMR 6. Someone a long time ago put green felt at base probably to protect from it scratching a surface. Any help would be great thanks for looking.
