One of today's finds! It was practically free. My hunch is that it is a Murano lamp base and maybe even Barovier & Toso. It is really very pretty, almost luminescent. The dark marks you see in the white part are bubbles. It is 12 inches tall and 5 inches wide.
What do you think?
Thanks! - Mary
Beautiful, I would also think Murano by the style and gold flecks, lovely find
Definitely looks like a lamp base - & would be well worth getting it rewired so it can be enjoyed as a lamp once more...
Love it, yes looks Murano to me.........Here, check out my fav Murano lamp page.

The lots of bubbles appear to be Pulegoso:
[ DEF ] A type of glass characterized by countless irregular air bubbles (pulighe) within the vitreous wall which deliberately obscure its transparency. It is obtained by pouring substances such as petrol into the pot which produce a boiling over of the glass in fusion.
