I vaguely remember seeing similar decal or painting designs on the 1920s Westmoreland glass as shown in my book on Westmoreland Glass. Unfortunately, that book is buried behind a large pile of stuff from other hobbies and I can't easily reach it to see if my memory is playing tricks on me or not. The bowl is 11" handle to handle and 4.5 inches high. Still struggling to get good images of cobalt glass with my camera, but this bowl is cobalt. It looks brand new, which is a spoiler. Made from a two part mold with a fair number of straw marks inside the bowl. Does anyone know who made this bowl?
Found one exactly like this on eBay and several more with no decoration or mold designs which are about 3" x 6" . Maybe these came as a set. All three auctions describe them as vintage bowls.
