No clue what this lamp is but i like it..Will look good in my steampunk kitchen i am building

I would just like to know who what where and why and worth..Building a steampunk kitchen and think it will look good with steam pumping out of the top...Very heavy and large table lamp..Any knowledge will be greatly appreciated..I am a new collector and learning..Having a lot of fun
