      it looks as if there used to be a oval sticker on it but unfortunately

      I have a japanese urn that is similar in shape to this one, but there is a japanese stamp on the bottom... sorry no help!

      Thank You Mrj303, only the red numbers 7262 are stamped on it, Like I said it looks as if an oval shaped sticker used to be on it.
      Do you think it is Japanese? do you know where i can check (website wise) as to if it is an Urn or Vase or antique?

      maybe try the porcelain pottery glass forum on ebay..looks to be really helpful (I personally have had a hard time posting pictures to it but others seem to be doing well on this..hope this helps..beautiful piece!
