Does anyone know the name of this beautiful depiction? I can find the artist but not the image. Signed to the left. I’m assuming an old print.

Dreamlike image, open to interpretation, but my take is a mother and daughter with angel beside them, could be a posthumous tribute to either or both
This is wonderful....
All I could find was Mother and Child watch by Angel by Woollett but no picture or year the print was made ...?
i happen to have this picture and on the bottom its called" The Dawn of Love" also whats interesting is i don't have that image of a building in background .....anyone know what this picture is worth?
There isn’t a building in the background it is reflection In the glass whilst taking the photo.
