I bought this, thinking it was a candy dish, and it wasn't till I got it home that I realised it is actually a vase! I will have to try it out with flowers and see how it works. It's a lovely cobalt blue and I would think it's hand blown as it's a bit lop sided. It's probably pretty new, but at the moment I can't find one like it. It has a dimpled base, does anyone know who makes vases with dimpled bases?

Thanks for the loves and lovely comments. I've added a picture of the vase with some flowers, and it works really well as a vase! The flowers are pathetic, but I walked round my garden, and that's all I could find! The drought is having an effect!
Actually that's a beautiful floral arrangement you've made for the basket, they're not at all wilted - here in NY it's midsummer and we're having unbearable humidity, you would think good for the flowers but not so
