I have become recently a very happy owner of three pieces of the same decor. It's not so common here if you collect Franz Welz's glass and don't live in the south of the country where there are much more flea markets than in my area.
The outer layers are yellow, red and oxblood spatter with green where yellow and red overlap each other. The inner layers are different from red in the basket to milky orange and milky yellow in the vase and in the box.
Very nice grouping Ivonne!!
I love this grouping..... I have to say that when I first started researching Welz, I had absolutely no idea that it would end up with people all over the world collecting their production. It puts a smile on my facet every time I see things like this.
Thank you,philmac,for your kind words:)
It must be a great feeling to know that you were a trigger event for so many people. This is an interesting question at all, how far we can come to when we start something .Thank you, welzebub, for so nice comment:)
Thanks also for the loves :welzebub ,Newfld, blunderbuss and philmac:)
A great trio Ivonne! I particularly love the basket.
Thank you,Karen.Indeed,they look good together:)
Thanks for the loves, artfoot, aura, inky, fortapache,IronLace,Racer and EZa:)
A lovely, curvaceous group, Ivonne, they complement each other well. Interesting that you've got examples of three different coloured inners too!
I think they must come from different periods because the basket has a bit smaller and less fuzzy spatter.
a joy to view first class ivonne
Thanks,Malkey. The combo of colours is really lively.
