    9 1/2 inches height
    5 1/2 inches wide
    3 inches across the bottom
I picked this up at an estate sale. I’m new to collecting so I’m unsure. Checked online and Facebook sites. Some say Murano, some say Dale Tiffany, and some say Chinese. Hoping for one of the ladder. Does anyone know?

Nice looking vase. "Dale Tiffany" is only a "brand name" which markets Chinese production. I believe your vase is Chinese, regardless of what brand name it was sold under.

Dale Tiffany is a California Company since 1979, they have been a big decorative glass enterprise for quite some time, where the glass is produced may be from various locations or countries. They also sell a lot of glass lamps, hence the name Tiffany for their stained glass. I also think that is what you have.
