FLEA MARKET FIND I DON'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT IT MAY BE FOR.THE PUMP IS NOT A BICYCLE PUMP.I THINK IT MAY BE FOR CHECKING SPRING PRESSURE.THERE ARE NO MARKINGS ON THE PUMP THE WRENCH ARE BILLLING.THE HANDLE HAVE NUMBERS FROM 10 TO 100.

Interesting item,Edgags. Been looking in my spare time. Lots of Billings wrenches on line. The rest if it I don't know. Is the needle shaped item have a hole through it? Does the extension rod? If so my WAG would be some kind of specialty lube device.
