I found this on my favourite market stall today, attracted to it by the pretty blue in some lights. I have discovered it is Dugan Glass and the pattern is called Double Stem Rose. It looks blue with a dark background and pink with a light background, and orange when held up to the light. I am not sure what the base colour is! It does have a slight chip on the base. Can anyone tell me the likely date?
