Barefooten…

I purchased this piece from a thrift shop recently. Couldn't find anything on line exactly like it. Found many other pieces that are currently available, and similar, some evening depicting the same characters used in this piece. I know it's by print artist, Mychael Barratt, and it's #10/150, and is titled 'The Tempest'. I reached out to the artist to try and get more info on what the value might be, and he kindly sent me this reply, via email.
"This piece was from a time when I was doing a great many pieces based on Shakespeare for the Globe Theatre in London in the 1990s. The one you have seems to still be in the original packaging that was used by my agent in Canada and so must come from the stock of a gallery there. It is now out of print and no longer available so I would only be guessing to come up with a value. I'm glad you like it."
After receiving that email from him, I wrote him again to ask if it would increase the value for me to have it framed, or to leave it in the original shrink wrap packaging it was in. He assured me it to be more valuable to have it framed. So, with that I removed it from the shrink wrap and discovered on the backside of the piece, that it was originally priced at $250.00
I plan to have it custom framed soon. I know his current (and available pieces of this nature and in size) are selling for $450 - $800 and am curious to know what the value of the no longer available piece I have might bring.
