Pink princess piece!
Beautiful colour combination, could not be better, the amethyst look more like another stone, or is it just the light ? !~
love the color....
Thanks so much Mary, I appreciate the compliment it's a pretty nice older piece I think, very drapy
Karen it is definitely Barbie princess pink, now if only I had a tiara to wear it with lol - thanx for the kind comment
Phil you caught me, I did over light the purple, it really is a smoky amethyst (the type you see in American art glass, you're right in jewelry amethyst is more dark purple), and probably was originally different as with Hobe I find the colors sometimes either fade or darken - one figural I bought looked garnet red under the seller's lights, then I open the package and the stones looked black unless you held a flashlight to them (and I cleaned the stones real well, they weren't dirty). Appreciate the incisive comment, thanx
Thank you Eileen for the sweet words, I'm glad you liked Hobe as I have a few figurals of theirs coming up. I like to discover new vintage designers, if the pieces are affordable. I don't know why I'm so lazy about closing the pin clasp, I think because usually the mark is under the pin & try to get a clearer photo
Thanks so much Ken I'm glad you liked this Hobe, there are more to come - your compliments are so great I appreciate them so much
Windwalker I'm so pleased you liked the colors, I think it's a very nice balance the way they combined small stones of the opposite color inside each feathery piece, thanx for your kind comment

I thought it look like a wheat pattern (? )
I agree with you Rose, I thought of wheat or feathers when I first saw this, I was going to put that in the description but guess I figured, my ideas are sometimes too "out there" lol
Thank you Pascale, so glad you liked this & appreciate the luv
