Guy Perillat Ski Glasses 1960's

I purchased these about 5 years ago for $1.99. I've been wanting to get them repaired, but never found the time. Interesting, in 5 years I have never found the time. Well, I pulled them out and decided to research them this morning. I can only find the name of the French skier, Jean Claude Killy wearing them around 1968 in a photo. The lens is made of glass, so I need to have them professionally replaced. I think they are pretty awesome, neglecting them was never my intent. If anyone knows anything about them, please let me know.
