Looks like a beautiful old Tiffany style swag lamp. Needs a bit of scrubbing and TLC, but it's a beautiful boxy pattern
That was a common stained glass pattern for someone new to doing stained glass work back in the '70s -'80s.
Pattern was easy since it's all straight lines to cut. Amber, green and gold were THE colors to use back then.
Cleaned up, it will be pretty and you will have a nice story to tell about finding it but you see these at Goodwill every now and then.
