Very large vase dating from the 1960s. Was originally purchased from a gallery in St. Helena, CA during that time period. The bottom has no markings, nor does the inside, so I didn’t bother with photos of those areas. Anybody have anything similar, or ideas as to the maker? The size of it seems unusual... around 19 inches across the widest part, but opening is almost too small to get my hand through. I bought this from a local shop, who aquired it from the original owner, who supplied the time frame, locale, and original purchase price of $250. That is pretty expensive for the late ‘60s, so I am thinking this must be from an established artist of that era, but I don’t really have any idea. Any info on this would be helpful!
