this sword is from my father he was working in airport when they caugth a contrabanned/ box with illegal or no papers he got it from the box

You just snitched your father out. LOL !
Looks like some kid made himself a sword by wrapping a piece of modern-day rope around a dime-store bust of Queen Nefertiti. Maybe it was confiscated at the airport because it would be a hazard but I would not think it was professionally made or has value, except as conversation piece.
