Any and all opinions welcome. The only information I could find was on the lock hardware which seems to say PAT'D APRIL 15, 1868. It is on wheels and what I find interesting is the ornamental hardware holding straps, which have stars cut out and the simple design beneath the lock on front. a simple pattern of intersecting dotted lines. I am very very new at this so I would appreciate any information somebody could give me thank you
