Without doing some research all I can tell you is blue label skil saws were made from 1942 through 1948. 1950's they started first edition black/orange label series. Yours says 20 AMP which was most commonly for commercial use, 15 amp was for the everyday guy. They are a wonderful tool to own, especially if you do any post and beam work.

In regards to your model O are you searching it as a zero or an Oh? They used letters of the alphabet for models. The O can be confusing anywhere it is used tools or otherwise when doing a search.

I figured it to be the Letter O , the manual covers several letters , J , E etc .
For it to be the number zero it would be obvious ..

Are you able to upload some pictures or scans of the owners manual? That's a great looking model O. I've been looking for one for my collection for awhile.
