Chinese layered and carved glass snuff bottle

This is a carved Glass Chinese snuff bottle. It has two layers, the first being a clear glass with a second layer of red or orange. The glass was cut down to the clear glass in places as a fish would. It does not have any mold marks and some very fine bubbles can be observed. I am interested in people’s opinion as to age. There was no stopper and spoon. Even the mouth is carved.
