Vess Bottles

Here are some recently acquired 16 0z. Vess bottles. When I got them they were horribly dirty, but was able to clean them without doing too much damage to the paper labels.
Pic. #1 shows the front and back label of the Whistle Orange. I do remember when you could return an empty bottle for 2 cents, then it seems that the refund jumped to 5 cents. This label clearly states a 3 cent refund. Perhaps this was for the Vess 16 0z only or Vess only.?
Pic. #2 shows three Vess Draft Style Root Beers, front and the back of the label. The middle bottle is on the "Mardis Gras" painted label bottle.
Vess bottles are quite common, but getting harder to find with paper labels in tact.
All these bottles date from the late 1960's to the early 1970's.
