    I would appreciate any information on these 2 lamps. They are not exactly alike, and no markings or identification can be found. I think they may have been purchased in New York in the 1960's. Thank You.

      They are called George and Martha Washington lamps now. Seen quite a few in my time and they seem to be made mainly from the 40's to 1960's from examples I have seen. There are many shown on the internet now. I hope that helps you.
