I found this in the bottom of a box of random plumbing fixtures I picked up at the swap meet for $20. It has THE Cleveland Faucet Com Stamped on it. Any info as to its usage would be appreciated.. I would like to know what the cone shaped nozzle is all about. Thanks
What I don't see in your pics is any 'opening' where a liquid (?) would come out of the cone by turning the handle...how does it appear to work??
Does the cone spin off?
why would anyone help you if you dont anser them and just move on to the next one ....lol
MyCountry, FUNNYHUMAN did indeed answer with more info and pics, in another posting here:

my bad ,.. missed the second posting ....thanks AnythingObscure, keep me on the up and up ... '-))
All good MyCountry -- I'm still hoping I don't miss it if/when FH posts further results of his (?) experiments with whatever this valve/spigot actually is/does...?
