Fleur De Lis candle stick holder

Fleur de lis candle stick holders. I’m not too sure who makes these but I just love them! I was thinking Fostoria? I found a set of 2 at the thrift store! They have a slight purple tint to them as well. Any Help to identify the maker is appreciated!
