Hard to tell... closeups of the cameos and the back sides would be helpful.
There is some kind of signed marking on the bracelet inside behind the cameo...it looks like the letters "com" or "cam"...in a script-type writing. Does this mean anything? Thank you for your help.
It's probably a part of the word "cameo". Sometimes age of the piece can be estimated based on how detailed the carving is but one would have to look really close.
