Does anyone have ideas about how old this doll is, and where she might be from?
Her body is stuffed but hard and encased in muslin. The last photo shows the spring mechanism that allows her legs to move. Clothing is silk, cotton and wool felt.
Thanks for any feedback...there are no visible makers marks.

I believe that this is called a "Boudoir" doll. I am not an expert on these though, but many of the attributes this doll has are indicative to that type of doll. The side glance, the clothing and what she is made of.
But again, I am not an expert on antique dolls so please do not take what I say as gospel. I am curious to hear what an expert says about this dolly :)
Tlynnie,
Thank you so much for your suggestion, that at least points me in a direction to investigate!
It is what is called a Lenci look a like doll , Was souvenir doll and not a boudoir doll or bed doll dates 1940-60s . They are fairly common to find in today's market . She is well made and appears to be dressed in Italian native dress costume . These types of dolls were made from France to Spain, Italy , Germany . She is very nice :-)
Because I can't show past sales for your type of doll this is only post I could find close to your doll . It gives you a idea how to research her more by images if you type in Lenci type dolls . Most likely made in Italy . Dismiss price on these as it is seller deciding price not a real sale . They don't sell high https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Made-In-Italy-LENCI-Type-Dolls/113208370943?hash=item1a5bbea6ff:g:8IcAAOSwzVhbaoO5but are nice piece of history :-)
Thank you Manikin, for sharing your research!!!
Your welcome :-)
