hi guys, please can you help me to identify the maker and year for this clock? the only definining characteristic is can see is the two feather bows on the face

Az a két nyil a felhúzó forgatásának az irányát jelzi , nincs köze a gyártóhoz. Ha el?l nincs semmi jelzés akkor a szerkezetet ki kell csavarozni a tokból , a hátulján lehetséges van felirat .
