Primitive silver chain

Still rooting around looking for jewelry and finding some interesting things. This silver chain was given to me by a lady who I was "close and continuous" with when I was stationed in northern Thailand in the early 1970s. I was a member of the military intelligence community holding a top secret security clearance so any close or exclusive relationships with non-military personnel were prohibited. Oh well. The necklace is silver, 28" long and made of two link sections that are joined together. Probably made by a local village craftsman and a bit crude. No markings. No clasp, the necklace is joined together by a single piece of silver. Pretty heavy for its size. I've never had to polish it. It just stays shiny. Marking it a mystery since the maker is unknown.
