Last wknd was the famous 'US 12' length long garage sale here in Michigan. Many sales along it's entire length. About 100 miles east to west. Found many cool things, this freaky lamp being one of them. I was told it's from the late 50's or early 60's. It works but needs a new bulb socket. The shade is 3 ft tall. I like it and will probably add it to my 'decor' when I replace the socket. I could not find any markings on it to identify it.

I replaced the bulb socket today and rearranged some things in living room, and now it is permanent. I got a 3 way pull switch for it.
Huh, thought I loved this immediately when I saw it. Loved it now.. It is a peach! My cats would make short work of the shade, though.
