Miscellaneous Coke Items

First two photos are of an old promotional match book. Found similar online that comforted me on the price I paid. Wasn't much. The metal name plate was also little money, but I am curious where it would be from. It is embossed and has four small holes for rivets I believe. Last is a cool patch my buddy saw in a case. Don't know much about it though.
