Metal Picture

Can anyone tell me what this is? I am guessing a cemetery piece. It is very heavy. It is two pieces that form a triangle and bolted on each side at the bottom. Both sides have a picture of the Lords Supper. The pictures also lookto be metal.
It says Parsons on the bottom and a number 3 600? Is this a maker? And what does the number mean?

I am curious about the metal type and what it is used for.

I wasn't sure what category to use, so any help is appreciated.
