I found these at two different thrift shops in two different cities today. The one on the left is 11.5" high and 4.75" diameter at the bottom and the one on the right is 12.5" high and 4" in diameter at the bottom. I started "looking smaller" and saw these two hiding amongst taller junk vases. Both have very interesting raised ribs up their length and starred bottoms. Really nice vases and both mint. I haven't tried to identify them yet.
The one on the left is possibly a variation of US Glass 15021 Clear Ribs Columns Early 1900s.
probably have better luck searching for info using 'swung' vase rather than stretch, which refers to a type of iridescent finish.
the spiral motif one is Dugan Glass #1016 Sprialex c1906-1910
several companies made patterns similar to the colonial panel design
Thanks, TallCakes! I'll try that.
Thanks again for your help, TallCakes and thanks to the rest of you for enabling my clear swung vase fetish..
