Never resist a challenge is my mantra, but the more Czech glass I acquire the more inconsistencies I come across. Here is a good example of three similar decors in spatter colors of white and magenta, and a dash of purple on the left vase, on different interior surface color backgrounds, the box as you see is bright red, the right vase is mostly white and clear, and the left vase is clear.
The texture of the spatter has been manipulated and re-applied making it very dense, as well as marbled, oval, and pulled into vertical lines. Some shapes are reminiscent of a few of our usual producers, but the glass decors has me perplexed for now. The largest vase is 10 inches high, and the box is 6 inches in diameter at its widest point.
There is a green paper jewelry store label on the right vase from the USA, marked GLENN FOSTER - JEWELER - EARLIEST WITH THE LATEST - PRINCETON ILL.

Thank you Newfld and Bambus1920. Agree with the attractive glass pieces and their more unusual glass decor and colors. I'm open to suggestions.

Left hand vase in photos 3 and 4 looks a bit like Welz Honeycomb ?
I was thinking more Kralik honeycomb, but these are not powdered, they are large glass chips. The shape reminds me of this one, Bambus1920.

I was referring to the vase with four-lobed mouth and black trim being a bit like Welz Honeycomb, especially the shape.
Sorry Bambus, a senior moment....can't tell my right from left. That one is a bit large for Welz, do you have any example in mind?

Is this the vase you mean? It does look quite a bit like mine, apparently the location referred to, Ceska Lipa is near Novy Bor or Haida, and that is where one of the Ruckl plan was in the village of Skalice, till WWII. No where near Klostergrab on the North West border where Welz was for a while.

You can see that the shape is different, the green vase has more of a baluster shape and form than mine, and the neck is longer. What I meant about a powder decor which applies here, is the honeycomb design is achieved by using colored glass powder after the first layer of the glass vase has cooled and it is applied delicately to form the clean and distinct design of the honeycomb. The effect is totally different than a spatter of glass chips, that is not meant to form a distinct decoration. Look closely at both surfaces of these vases, and you should see the difference.

Bambus, you are making me laugh. I understand where you are, and believe me, this is not an easy field to become familiar with. There is a whole science behind all these glass decorations. I still have a lot to learn. Cheers!
