    I think this is an old serving tray...age unknown.It's metal and I saw one on American Pickers...but they didn't say much about it.

      This is a repo of the old Lemp tray. There were about 4 difirent ones. They were made some time in the 70's there use to be a gold sticker on the back that explained what it is. they were made to be hung like a sign.
