Help us, do u know anything about her

I bought this doll for my mom.we have been searching for what type of doll she is. She is brunette with long hair. She appears to have eyes more circular than small brats. We think she is similar to a brats but bigger. She doesnt have shoe as feet . It says on her back and back of neck TM & MGA Made in China Picture is a scale .
