The translucent Kralik decorative glass: molded, tooled with applied glass details

This is a new category for me, within the Czech era interwar decorative glass I have collected now for several years. Curiosity was my first impulse, then I found these pieces interesting and charming. Many of them were shipped to Butler Brothers wholesale business, end of 1920s to early 1930s. We have the ads to prove it. Not the type of Kralik glass that is highly sought after, or of high value. I find them in the glass novelty creative spirit the Czech were so good at.

What is unexpected is the amount of tooling that was done, and the variations found between these pieces. The pink ones for instance show an applied diamond optic on the body's surface, the vase was applied on the interior surface, and the jar was applied on the exterior surface. There are no pontils, so that indicates more work done at the rims, cut, crimped, added white glass edge, and a smooth finish.
