I found this little 6" vase in a Value Village. I kept picking it up and would put it back. After the 5th time i thought it was interesting. I liked the way the flowers were made and the colors chosen. (My opinion) the flowers are not made separately and applied. Pretty sure that they were made with a tool that cuts into the clay and pulled up a little creating the petals.
The bottom looks very crude. The Letters/signature doesn't' look English. What do you think?
Does it look professionally made or perhaps made by a beginner. Either way I'm enjoying it as a curiosity (meant in a good way!)
    Thanks

Please anyone out there, is the signature foreign. I don't recognize these letters. What language do you think it is?

I was told the letters might be Greek.
