Hi All- Trying to identify this U.S. Army dress jacket. I'm thinking it's early-mid 1900s, between WW1 and Korea or Vietnam. Maybe WWII? Note the shoulder markings, and unique belt I haven't see on other jackets like this. Thanks for your help!

Ribbon rack is for WW2 as well: European, African, Middle Eastern Campaign Medal (one with stars) and WW2 Victory Medal.
