    This is a 1966 Wind up tin type ambulance made in Japan by the Modern Toy Company ( Masudaya) It works and the sirens winds up and wails lol. I found this while I was free style picking nad almost did not pick it up cuz my hands were full holding a vintage Tonka lol!
