Seems to be very old. Know it's been in my possession since early 70s.
Appears to originally had internal illumination. First picture is front glass with paint seemingly on back of glass with almost foil pressed on back of glass. Second picture is circle vents to dissipate heat. Third is back with gromit like hole and a sliding door.
