i found this at the flea market today. there's a couple of hairlines, but otherwise, very nice condition. the form is different than any i've seen before. can anyone shed any light on it? thanks!

i heard that this is not an Asian bowl but probably an English one. Hilditch was mentioned.
Is it porcelain or earthenware, ie can you see the light through it? Chines porcelain often has a bluish tinge to it, whereas English tends to be whiter - which this bowl looks. It’s very pretty.
thank you for responding AdeleC. i didn't see it till now. yes, it is porcelain and not earthenware. it is definitely English - made by Hildreth [?] between 1822 and 1830.
