I found these pins with my Dad's Korean War medals. My family does not know where he served; he did not really speak about his service much. Since he is gone, I would love to find out about these pins. We have none of his discharge paperwork, and we know his military records were destroyed in a warehouse fire long ago. I know he was a sharpshooter/rifleman, and he was discharged as a sergeant, but that is all we know. If anyone can identify these pins (the large one was made by N.S. Meyer Inc.) we would greatly appreciate it. I have looked online for weeks, and come up empty. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
The first pin is US Army unit insignia for the 1st Field Artillery Observation Battalion.
