    i found some online which are all supposed to be 16th or 17th century. I have no idea, but it does have a lot of age to it. the little drawer at the base is broken. Apparently, that's for matches or wicks or something. The figure represents a dutchman wearing pantaloons. It's known as a Nanban [barbarian] figure.
