I would like to know more about this Italian side table

    I'm looking for more information on some details of this Italian side table I inherited. It's absolutely stunning. I am not sure of everything is the original pieces or not like hardware etc. Just some simple opinions on some details like:

    Is it hand carved or machine?
    What wood is it made from?
    How old might it be?
    What kind of table is it and what might it have been used for?
    Makers? (Has the little sticker that says made in Italy on it and that's all)
    What is it inlaid with? If indeed it's considered inlaid.
    It's so pretty and I'm honestly afraid to put it out where it could get harmed in any way. But maybe I'm being a bit too cautious?

      Yeah, it's a beauty. Was considering selling it but I don't know if I should or not. I'm on the fence with this one... The colors are just amazing. I wish I could get some more information on it because I would love to know more about it.
