Beck's beer ceramic ashtray.

A real beauty measuring in at eight and half inches in diameter. Extremely heavy and in wonderful condition. The centre piece is 'doorknob' shaped so you can pick it up that way, if it's not covered in dirty tobacco stains, of course. The maker's mark, KWU Dehme is interesting as it's stamped 'Western Germany' in English. It's a lovely ashtray and although it's a monster, it's going to look great when it's alongside my others. The translation is 'Clears Men's Thirst' which I guess would be rather non-PC these days.
