Green tall heavy glass vase

I have picked this very heavy tall vase or maybe an umberrella stand. It is a mystery to me of what era is could be. It has a green tint and imprinted in the glass is leaf veins. It has some ribbs in the glass and looks double jointed in the middle it reminds me of a bamboo style design. There are air bubbles inside the thick glass. Glass itself is thick and very heavy. I have searched everywhere on the internet with a combination of tags and found nothing including google search on 80,000 images any help would be very much appreciated. thank you
