      TassieDevil,
I was looking too LOL! I found a lot of information about the company and photos of a lot of the jewelry, but I could not find anything that told of how the company just disappeared. I figured it had to be that The Parisian Diamond Company had gone under (bankrupt) or was bought out and consolidated into a competitor's company. You found it, Way to go!

It was fun looking through all that information, I have insomnia and was not sleepy at all. But going through all the different ads, paperwork and photos without finding any concrete information, I had given up researching this about 30 minutes ago and had gone on to look at other items here. I am nice and relaxed now and I am going to bed while I am still sleepy :)

Woohh! A huge thanks to you, Judy, and Tlynnie to join the sleuthing :-D

Exploring the Australian archives there, but having to leave before completing the reading:

Hi Pascale, had a look through that last link of yours and foud a couple of things.......in 1900 in South Australia, "Anderson & Hall were agents for The Parisian Diamond Company of London"

11th August 1913 under "New Insolvents" there seems to be a new partnership for the Melbourne side of things coming up. I can't make out the name but it is "something"diamond company!
The Sydney partnership is still with Parisian diamond company.
Lol I hope you can make some sense of that.........getting confused now and can't believe how many Aus areas they were operating from!
