Can anyone tell me anything about this ? A friend of mine found it in the attic of an old house that was built in the sixties. The head does not rotate but moves up and down. The arms raise up and the legs bend at the hip. It's about four inches tall.

What you have there, Tamals1961, is one of the Fisher-Price Adventure People from 1975 to 1983 or so. Look on the inside of his legs for the correct date. He's missing his helmet.
Here's a link to more info, including a F-P Adventure People catalog. http://www.plaidstallions.com/fp/ap80.html
