Crazy Czech Glass Idea - Buy Multiples Of The Same Decorated Pieces

This Czech glass decor jar was shown in the first Tango Sklo Exhibit at the Novy Bor Glass Museum. Part of one of the Anton Ruckl display's, it was moved later on, so not sure what that meant. In spite of that I had the opportunity to get one from the UK and I did.

I loved it, very dramatic and heavy deep red background glass and what looks like black tiger stripes and yellow stripes mixed together. A member who also has one of these saw that the black is actually a dark cobalt blue, and this can be confirmed by the last foot image.

The group of pieces in the same decor.... wait, they are not exactly the same are they? They are not meant to be replicas, they are unique renditions of the same decor done by hand in three different shapes. A squat jar, a taller jar and a short vase matching in color and fabrication.

No better way to demonstrate how an applied hot furnace decorative glass piece with several layers by hand, can be made by the same producer and look different to some extent.

Even if we don't agree as Czech glass collectors on many things, we can still gain knowledge from each other, if we are willing to share.
