Japanese Dragon Tea Set

My dad brought it back from the Korean War and I inherited this awesome set. I have no idea the name the maker, and if this set came exactly like this when’s he bought it. It has a gold painted plate holder without the hanging hooks for the cups rock be displayed.. just wondering some history about it.
